not for bodybuilders. It's for normal guys that want to improve their physique, increase their strength, and feel more confident about themselves and their bodies.
The concept for this site popped into my head a number of years ago when I was performing a fitness evaluation on a new gym member. This guy's name was
Kendall
. He was a 135 pound, middle aged man who was absolutely desperate to build muscle and gain weight fast... “As fast as possible,” he said. This poor guy was practically willing to do anything to pack on a few pounds of mass. He had already tried numerous weight gain supplements, high calorie diets, and mentioned that he had even considered steroid use.
I must admit I really felt sorry for the guy, and wanted to do all I could to help him out. First I talked him out of using drugs and explained to him that he can build muscle and gain weight naturally if he took the right approach. I also made it clear that there was only so much that I could do for him. My goal was to design a complete muscle building program for him and help him through his workouts, but the onus was on him as soon as he stepped out of the gym. I couldn't be there making sure that he was following his diet and that he slept 8 hours every night. In order to achieve outstanding results, I told him he would have to do plenty of research on his own.
So I gave him a booklet comprised of various articles and graphs that I had compiled from my kinesiology and exercise physiology books and told him to read them over. I also promised him that I would email him a list of good muscle building websites that he should check out.
When I got home that night, I searched the internet for some half decent sites that had solid information about how to build muscle and gain weight fast. I was looking for sites that would be good for beginners; not those sites geared towards bodybuilders where two hours of training each workout for six days a week is recommended.
With the exception of one or two quality sites, all I found were many out -of-date, useless websites that were pushing weight gain pills, or were offering useless articles that didn't even make sense. It seemed as if every site I entered was trying to sell me some bogus program that would show me how to build 100 pounds of muscle in 12 weeks.
Needless to say, I got very frustrated and decided that I would build my own site for my clients, and anyone else who was determined to build muscle and gain weight.
Building Muscle Fast isn't Rocket Science!
It really is fairly simple, even for hardgainers or anyone that isn't one of the genetically gifted few that can practically build muscle by looking at a set of weights (you know the guys I'm talking about!!) All you need is a little dedication, patience, a positive attitude and knowledge.
I am confident that this website will provide you with the knowledge that you need in order to achieve your muscle building and weight gain goals.
